Marvel fans are greatly anticipating Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage which is due to release in September 2021! However, not everyone has the patience to wait until then.
Tom Hardy came onto our screens and into our hearts in 2018 to portray our favorite loser, Eddie Brock, a journalist down on his luck who inevitably finds himself the partner of Venom, a deadly symbiote with extraordinary powers.
Venom was both edgy, gory, and fun. So if you’re keen to watch your favorite symbiote anti-hero then here is where you can watch and stream Venom.
Unfortunately, Venom was showing on Netflix earlier in 2021. However, it is no longer available. One can access the vast library of titles including some Marvel films within Netflix under various subscription costs depending on the plan you choose: $8.99 per month for the basic plan, $13.99 monthly for the standard plan, and $17.99 a month for the premium plan.
Despite Disney buying Marvel Entertainment back in 2009, not all Marvel characters are included within The Marvel Cinematic Universe. Before Marvel was bought by Disney, Marvel sold the rights of different characters to different studios and this included Venom and Spider-Man to Sony, this is why you also can’t find Spider-Man on Disney Plus….yet. Due to Disney and Sony partnering up, it has been announced that Disney Plus will begin distributing Sony films on Disney Plus sometime in 2022. Whether that will include Venom or not can’t be confirmed yet due to Venom’s lack of family-friendly nature.
There are also a wide variety of shows on Disney Plus from Marvel, Star Wars, Disney+, Pixar, ESPN, and National Geographic to choose from in the streaming platform for the price of $7.99 monthly or $79.99 annually.
Sadly, Venom won’t be currently found on HBO Max. However, you can watch a wide array of shows from HBO Max for $14.99 a month for the ad-free subscription and $9.99 per month if it is an ad-supported version.
No, Venom can’t be found on Hulu. Although, there are various other titles accessible through the basic plan of $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year.
Venom isn’t currently showing as part of Amazon Prime. But if you’re super keen to watch it today, you can either rent it or purchase both films. For rentals of each film, it would cost $3.99 while if you buy it, it would cost $12.99. Rentals would allow you to watch the film within 30 days from payment and you have 48 hours to finish the whole film once started.
What are you waiting for? It’s time to relax with Marvel’s greatest antihero! Will you be seeing Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage at the movie theatre?
