Robert Downey Jr. Attends Teen Titans Go! To The Movies Event

Fans aren't sure about Robert Downey Jr's MCU future post-Avengers 4, with many thinking that most of the original team will either die or retire, except for Black Widow. As fans ponder about an MCU without Downey Jr, the Iron Man actor is off having fun with the Direct Competition.

On his Instagram, Downey decided to show everyone that he attended a Teen Titans Go! To The Movies event and he looks like he's having a good time. The actor is all smiles as he poses with Will Arnett and mascots of the Titans. Arnett voices Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke in the movie, which adds even more amusement to the picture.

Teen Titans Go! To The Movies is going to be a parody of various superhero films, so this could be one of the more entertaining features coming out this month. Superhero movies might be fun but there's no doubt that they're a bit oversaturated these days, so something like this is needed.

Downey's post-Avengers 4 future has been questioned by many, with many unsure if his character will survive the final Avengers movie. If Tony Stark does survive, he can always continue being Spider-Man's mentor and maybe even head a new team of heroes.

Teen Titans Go! ToThe Movies comes out on July 27. Avengers 4 hits theaters on May 3, 2019.
