Tom Hiddleston's Loki Series Still Set to Premiere on Disney+ by 2021

Fans who have been missing Tom Hiddleston are in for a special treat. A new report points out that the Loki series is on track and still set to premiere on Disney+ by 2021.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Loki series is still set to air on the streaming service by Spring 2021. Of course, this would still depend on how soon the show can resume filming after COVID-19 but it looks like Disney and Marvel Studios are optimistic about the series going back into production soon.

Interestingly, Sophia Di Martino had previously teased that the show is already set to resume production when she shared a photo of herself being in contact with her stunt double. In the same post, the actress revealed that they are "stunt training" in preparation for the filming. With that in mind, it wouldn't be a surprise if Disney and Marvel confirm that the series has started filming again.

The Loki series isn't the only major Marvel Cinematic Universe show that is expected to resume production soon. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which will star Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie, is also set to start filming again in the next few weeks. In addition to that, WandaVision is expected to get back to work in an effort to be completed before its 2021 release.

Hiddleston's Loki series has not yet been given an official release date but is expected to premiere on Disney+ by Spring 2021.
