There is little doubt that people are currently hyped up after Giancarlo Esposito confirmed that he is working on an upcoming video game. But which title will the Mandalorian star appear in? A new report suggests that Esposito was actually referring to Far Cry 6.
The report comes from Gamereactor UK, which succinctly stated that Esposito had been working on the highly anticipated Ubisoft title. "With Ubisoft Forward being just ten days away we probably won't have to wait long to see him in action either, and it'll be interesting to see the results of this new technology and approach," the report reads.
Interestingly, the article has since been deleted but that hasn't stopped fans from being hyped up about the possibility. After all, Esposito claimed that the new technology used in the video game needed "a new style of acting." In addition to that, people have been waiting for Far Cry 6 for some time now. On the other hand, Ubisoft has not yet confirmed Esposito's role nor the title itself so it would be best to take this with a grain of salt.
Although it's still unclear whether Esposito will appear in Far Cry 6, fans can expect to see more of the Breaking Bad star later this year. He is set to appear in The Boys Season 2 which premieres on Amazon Prime on September 4. Esposito will then reprise his role as Moff Gideon in The Mandalorian Season 2, which is expected to stream on Disney+ in October.
