The new episode is titled The Whole World is Watching but we don't find out why until much later. But first, Bucky needs to make sure Baron Zemo helps them out before the Dora Milaje takes him away. He convinces Ayo to give them some time and she agrees so they use their remaining hours to track down the Flag-Smashers' leader.

Luckily, they are able to follow Karli Morgenthau to a memorial service where Sam manages to talk to her. Unfortunately, John Walker intervenes, leading to a fight where Zemo shoots Karli and destroys the remaining Super Soldier serum.

Before Zemo could destroy all the serum, Walker stops him and takes the last vial. At this point, the Dora Milaje arrive to take Zemo but Walker refuses to hand him over. This leads to another fight that allows Zemo to escape.

Meanwhile, Karli calls Sam's sister in an effort to get him to join her side. However, they are once again interrupted by Walker and Lemar Hoskins. During the fight, Karli accidentally kills Hoskins, enraging Walker who has taken the last of the Super Soldier serum.

The death of Hoskins has a terrible effect on Walker, who is now determined to kill Karli. Luckily, she is able to escape but this only leaves Walker to channel his rage on another Flag-Smasher. In front of a terrified crowd, Walker kills the man with the Captain America shield.
