The Batman: Zoe Kravitz Teases 'Physical' Role as Catwoman

There is little doubt that people are already looking forward to The Batman now that the main cast has been confirmed. So what exactly can we expect of Zoe Kravitz's Catwoman? The Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald star has just opened up about her preparation for her role as Selina Kyle.

Kravitz recently recorded an interview with Ellen for an episode that will air later this month (via Just Jared) and she confirmed that she is already getting ready to play the DC villain.

"I've been training a ton, which is great and hard," Kravitz said. "It's very physical. I come home limping every day."

It's no surprise that Kravitz is trying to get into her best form for her role. After all, Catwoman is known for her tight catsuit and impressive fighting moves. Needless to say, we can't wait to see Kravitz in action really soon.

Although we're already getting some updates from Kravitz, we have yet to get some news from Robert Pattinson, who will play the Caped Crusader in the film. The last we checked, the Lighthouse star was getting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lessons and is supposed to be bulking up for his role. For now, we haven't seen any new photos of Pattinson but hopefully, there will be some good news in the next few weeks.

The Batman will be directed by Matt Reeves and is currently in pre-production. The film is scheduled for release on June 25, 2021.
