The Bad Batch Spin-Off Series Reportedly Bringing Back The Clone Wars Fan-Favorite

There is little doubt that fans are already excited about The Bad Batch. However, it looks like there's another reason why people should be hyped up for the upcoming Star Wars: The Clone Wars spin-off show. A new report reveals that the Disney+ series will bring back a fan-favorite character from the animated show.

According to Cinelinx, several sources have pointed out that Katee Sackhoff is expected to reprise her role as Bo-Katan Kryze in The Bad Batch. In addition to that, the new animated series is set to take place right after the Siege of Mandalore so it could reveal how Bo-Katan dealt with the aftermath of the war.

It seems like Bo-Katan is currently Star Wars' hot property. The character was first brought back earlier this year in the final season of The Clone Wars before making her live-action debut in The Mandalorian Season 2. If Bo-Katan is returning in The Bad Batch, it would be a great way to reveal what happened to Mandalore after the events in Revenge of the Sith.

We're loving the idea of more Bo-Katan but we're also wondering how far Clone Force 99 will go in The Bad Batch. After all, the team had no interactions with the Mandalorians in the episodes they appeared in in The Clone Wars. Will they be working with Bo-Katan in the new series? Hopefully, we'll get new updates on the show soon.

The Bad Batch has not yet been given an official release date. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
