There is little doubt that Star Wars fans are eager to see more of Ahsoka Tano in the future. But what are the chances that we'll see the former padawan in The Mandalorian? Someone has just suggested that Ahsoka should be played by Rosario Dawson in the Disney+ series and not surprisingly, she agrees.

A fan recently pitched the idea of casting Dawson as Ahsoka in The Mandalorian Season 2. The Luke Cage actress immediately retweeted the post along with an enthusiastic caption. Check it out below.

Of course, this isn't the first time that Dawson has volunteered to play Ahsoka in a Star Wars project. The Daredevil star has been vocal about wanting to play the character in the past.

We're loving the enthusiasm from Dawson especially since she's the perfect choice for the role. However, it's still unclear if Ahsoka would eventually show up in a live-action film or series. Hopefully, we'll get to see this in the near future.

For now, we're not sure if Ahsoka will get her own standalone movie or show. In the meantime, fans can expect Snips to return in Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 7. After all, the first image from the final season of the animated series depicts Ahsoka preparing to face off against Maul. Needless to say, we can't wait to find out what will happen to the heroine later this year.

Catch Ahsoka in Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 7, which is expected to premiere on Disney+ this February.
