Star Wars: Ahsoka Tano Series Plot, Casting Details Possibly Revealed

There haven't been any updates on the planned Ahsoka Tano series for some time. However, it looks like the Star Wars show is already deep into development and it has been confirmed that there are some interesting casting calls. In addition to that, the plot details have been revealed, teasing the return of an important character.

The new details were revealed by The DisInsider, who shared two casting calls for Ahsoka. The first one is for "Boka" who is "a very strong-minded and independent, as well as a natural leader."

Interestingly, the show is searching for a "boyish-looking Middle Eastern, African, Pacific Islander, Black/African American, Mixed Ethnicity or West Indies/Caribbean actors between the ages of 20-35 years old" to play the character.

This certainly sounds like someone we already know from Star Wars Rebels. Could "Boka" be a code name for Ezra Bridger? This could confirm that Ezra will finally be found in Ahsoka.

Interestingly, the plot of the series was also revealed to be as follows:

"Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) is on the hunt for the evil Grand Admiral Thrawn in the hope it will help her locate the missing Ezra Bridger, the young Jedi that disappeared with Thrawn many years ago."

It sounds exactly like what fans have been hoping to see in Ahsoka. However, it is important to point out that all these details have not yet been confirmed by Lucasfilm and Disney+ so it's best to take it with a grain of salt.

Star Wars: Ahsoka has not yet been given an official release date. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
