The ongoing battle between Ray Fisher and Warner Bros. continues with the Justice League star now revealing that the studio's investigation into his allegations of unprofessional behavior on the film's set may be one-sided. According to Fisher, the firm chosen to investigate the case are avoiding key witnesses.
Fisher took to his official Twitter account with his new revelations. Check it out below.
"To-date, the "independent" firm hired by @wbpictures has conveniently avoided contacting key witnesses who gave damning statements to WB HR," Fisher wrote. "They've also started interviews with (and have since ghosted) witnesses that have implicated former and current top level executives."
In the second tweet, Fisher pointed only one person has been interviewed in the ongoing investigation.
"Others (including an implicated individual that called me to apologize) have already been interviewed," Fisher wrote. "We will not let ANY investigator cherry-pick interviewees that best suit @wbpictures' false narrative and scapegoating efforts. All with stories WILL be heard!"
It was previously reported that Fisher accused director Joss Whedon and producer Geoff Johns of being abusive and unprofessional during the Justice League reshoots. This led to Warner Bros. confirming they will start an investigation although the studio has yet to release an official statement on what they have uncovered.
Fisher played Victor Stone aka Cyborg in Justice League, which was originally directed by Zack Snyder. When Snyder had to drop out due to a personal tragedy, Whedon was brought into complete the film. However, Snyder's own director's cut of the movie will be released on HBO Max in 2021.
