When Palpatine gave the command to execute Order 66, Cody's inhibitor chip forced him to turn against Obi-Wan and try to kill him. However, the Jedi managed to escape, leaving Cody to try and find his body.

Is Commander Cody Still Alive?

It is known that Cody survived after he failed to kill Obi-Wan since he was sent to assist in the final enslavement of Kashyyyk. It is then believed that Cody died of old age due to the clone's accelerated aging. However, there is a possibility that Cody survived and will show up in the upcoming Obi-Wan series.

It was previously reported that Temeura Morrison will join the cast of Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi. The casting could mean that the Aquaman star will once again play one of Jango Fett's clones.

But which Clone Trooper will Morrison play in Obi-Wan Kenobi? There is a possibility that Morrison will portray Cody in the series and that the character may have been sent by the Galactic Empire to hunt down Obi-Wan.

It is important to point out that Disney and Lucasfilm have not yet confirmed that Morrison is in the Obi-Wan series. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
