In My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 10, Monoma managed to get Midoriya to attack after blaming Bakugo for All Might's end. This triggers Black Whip to take effect and Midoriya loses consciousness. In the vestige world, he learns that the core of One for All has gotten too big and is causing the quirks of previous holders to manifest within him.
