Ms Marvel is now in production and Iman Vellani has started working on the highly anticipated Disney+ series. New set photos confirm that Kamala Khan will be putting on her trademark suit and fans are loving Vellani's costume.
The set photos were taken by Just Jared and it features Vellani in her full costume. That's right, she even has Ms Marvel's mask on. Check it out here.
It's awesome to see that Kamala's suit in the Marvel Cinematic Universe series will be comicbook-accurate with just the right adjustments. For now, it's a cool glimpse at how Vellani will look in the show but we can't wait to see her in action soon.
There's another reason why fans are hyped up for Kamala's costume. The suit is expected to be the same one the young hero will be wearing when she joins the action in Captain Marvel 2 where she will team up with Carol Danvers and Monica Rambeau. It's an exciting reveal for fans.
Ms Marvel is understandably one of the most anticipated new shows on Disney+. After all, it will be very different from the other MCU shows since the lead character is a teenager. Needless to say, we're looking forward to a refreshing new series focusing on Kamala.
Ms Marvel will also star Saagar Shaikh, Aramis Knight, Matt Lintz, Zenobia Shroff, and Mohan Kapur. The show is still in production and has not yet been given an official release date. Nevertheless, it is expected to premiere on Disney+ by late 2021.
