Here's How Spider-Man 3 Could Introduce Venom and Morbius Into the MCU

We already know that Spider-Man 3 will be bringing in villains from the other Spider-Man films as well as an Avenger from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But is it possible that the sequel will ultimately introduce two antiheroes from the Sony Universe? Here's how the third Spider-Man movie could bring in Venom and Morbius into the MCU.

It's no secret that Spider-Man 3 is going to be a huge film considering that it will feature Tom Holland's Peter Parker working with Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange, who will serve as the character's new mentor. In addition to that, it has been confirmed that Jamie Foxx will be brought back as Electro. More recently, it was announced that Alfred Molina will reprise his role as Doctor Octopus.

For now, these are the confirmed characters who will appear in Spider-Man 3. However, some are also wondering if Venom and Morbius will show up in the movie since they are in the same Sony Universe as the webslinger.

Interestingly, there is a possibility that this could happen but it would be a decision made by Sony Pictures. After all, a small cameo from the two characters could easily generate interest in the upcoming Venom sequel and the Jared Leto film. It would also make sense considering that the two characters will eventually clash with Spider-Man in the future.

Do you think Spider-Man 3 should feature Venom and Morbius to hype up the upcoming Sony films? Would it be a terrible idea? Sound off in the comments below.
