Harry Potter Star Rupert Grint Teases Ron Weasley's Future Return

There is little doubt that Harry Potter fans are currently excited about Daniel Radcliffe's possible return as the Boy Who Lived in a new project. But will we also see Harry's friends? Rupert Grint has just teased on Ron Weasley joining the wizard yet again on a new adventure.

Grint recently spoke to Comicbook.com while promoting the second season of his Apple TV series Servant and not surprisingly, he was asked if he would be interested in reuniting with his Harry Potter castmates. Although Grint didn't seem very optimistic about the reunion, he did admit that he wouldn't turn down the opportunity to return to Hogwarts.

"I don't know. I mean, never say never," Grint said. "I would never say, 'Absolutely no.' It was a huge part of my life and I'm very fond of that character and their stories. So yeah, I mean, I'd be up for it at the right time. I don't know what capacity that would be, but yeah, we'll see."

It's great to know that Grint wouldn't think twice about returning for another Harry Potter project. After all, fans are hoping to see the original cast again soon.

Warner Bros. has not yet confirmed any plans for another Harry Potter project. In the meantime, the third spin-off film Fantastic Beasts 3 is currently in production.
