Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Reportedly Cast Will Poulter as Adam Warlock

There is little doubt that people are hyped up for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and now there might be another reason to be excited about the Marvel Cinematic Universe sequel. A new report may have confirmed that that Black Mirror: Bandersnatch star Will Poulter is being considered for the role of Adam Warlock.

In the past week, there have been several speculations about Poulter's involvement in the MCU and several fans believe that the Maze Runner star is auditioning to play Adam Warlock. However, there hasn't been an official word from Marvel Studios just yet.

But is it possible that the casting is still being kept secret? Cosmic Circus cites several anonymous sources who confirm Poulter is up for the role. It is also pointed out that the Revenant actor decided to leave the Lord of the Rings series so he could focus on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

We love the idea of Poulter joining the MCU as Adam Warlock. After all, the character has long been expected to show up in the films and play a major role in the franchise's future. His arrival was even teased in the GOTGV2 post-credits scene although director James Gunn has repeatedly denied Adam's arrival in the next movie.

It's important to point out that Marvel has not yet made the casting official. In addition to that, Gunn has yet to address the speculations. With that in mind, it would be best to take this with more than a grain of salt.
