First Loki Poster Dropped Ahead of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Premiere

People are still talking about The Falcon and The Winter Soldier but it looks like Marvel Studios already wants fans to prepare for the next big series. The first poster for Loki has been dropped and it once again confirms that the God of Mischief will be up to no good.

The poster was shared by the official Loki series Twitter account and it shows Tom Hiddleston in a prisoner's clothes with his arms behind his back. He also wears a collar declaring that he is dangerous. Check it out below.

"Start your countdown to the glorious arrival of Marvel Studios' #Loki. The Original Series starts streaming June 11 on @DisneyPlus," the caption reads.

It's great to know that Marvel Studios is hyping up the release of Loki. However, it comes at an interesting time considering that the poster was dropped just before the premiere of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. On the other hand, it's a move that would make the God of Mischief proud considering he loves stealing other people's thunder, pun intended.

The full premise of the Loki series is still a mystery although we already have an idea of what will happen, thanks to the trailer that was dropped during Disney Investor Day last year. In the teaser, Loki is captured by the Time Variance Authority after he stole the Tesseract and traveled through time-changing human history.

Loki will also star Owen Wilson as Mobius M. Mobius, a member of the TVA who deals directly with the God of Mischief. He will be joined by Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku, Richard E. Grant, Sasha Lane, and Erika Coleman.

The series was initially set to premiere in May. However, the official Loki release date has been set to June 11, 2021.
