There is little doubt that the trailers and posters for Dune have focused on the main characters like Paul Atreides, the Lady Jessica, and Chani. This means we have only seen brief glimpses at the villains who rule over Arrakis. Luckily, the new teasers are all about Baron Harkonnen, Glossu Rabban, and Piter de Vries.

The upcoming adaptation of Frank Herbert's novels has only shared two trailers and a few posters in the past. However, things have changed as the Denis Villeneuve flick draws closer to its premiere. The latest set of Dune teasers puts the focus on the baddies for a change and highlights just how terrifying each of them could be.

The Baron Harkonnen teaser offers another glimpse at Stellan Skarsgard's former steward of Arrakis. "The Desert takes the weak," the Baron declares. He also claims property over the vast land. "My Desert. My Dune," he says.

The teaser for Dave Bautista's Glossu "The Beast" Rabban has more footage. The Baron orders Rabban to "kill them" and he promptly answers, "Yes, Uncle." It is then revealed that they are going after Paul Atreides and Lady Jessica, and Rabban has a plan. "We chase them, nothing survives," he declares. The fight between Rabban and Jason Momoa's Duncan Idaho is also teased in the video.

Piter de Vries takes center stage in the third promo as he declares that, "The Duke's son, he sees too much." The Baron is unfazed by the declaration. "The Atreides will die in the dark," Harkonnen says.

These are brief yet insightful teasers that confirm these characters will not stop until the Atreides are all gone. Needless to say, we can't wait to see them in action this October.

Dune also stars Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zendaya, David Dastmalchian, Chang Chen, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa, and Javier Bardem. The movie will premiere in theaters and on HBO Max on October 22, 2021.
