Demon Slayer Season 2 Teaser Reveals New Entertainment District Arc Footage


People have been waiting for the full trailer for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 for a long time. Although Ufotable has not yet dropped a full trailer, there is a new teaser that actually reveals more footage from the highly anticipated Entertainment District arc.

The new teaser was shared along with the announcement about the new themes that will be featured in the Entertainment District arc. The opening theme is titled Zankyo Sanka (Song of Reverberation) while the ending theme is Asa ga Kuru (Daybreak). Both songs will be performed by Aimer.

The new footage offers a glimpse at the new villain Daki taking on Tanjiro. There is not much to see but we're hoping that there will be more to look forward to in the next few weeks.

It has already been confirmed that Demon Slayer Season 2 will kick off with a new episode that will focus on Rengoku. The premiere episode is set to reveal what happened to the Fire Hashira before he boarded the train and met with Tanjiro and friends.

In addition to this, Episodes 2 to 7 will be the series adaptation of Mugen Train and will feature new footage that did not appear in the movie. Episode 8 will finally introduce the new themes as the Entertainment District arc unfolds.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 will air on October 10 with the Rengoku episode and the Mugen Train story arc. The Entertainment District arc is expected to premiere on December 5.
