Black Widow Could Feature Awesome Reunion Between Natasha and [SPOILERS]

We already know that Black Widow will focus on Natasha Romanoff's days when she wasn't working with the Avengers. However, that hardly means we won't be seeing Nat reuniting with someone important. A new report suggests that an unexpected character will show up in the highly anticipated Marvel Cinematic Universe flick.

WARNING: The following contains potential Black Widow spoilers, proceed with caution.

The premise of Black Widow has already confirmed that the film will be all about Nat and the people she worked with before she began working with SHIELD. However, that hasn't stopped fans from speculating on other MCU characters showing up in the movie. For instance, there have been reports that Robert Downey Jr. could appear as Tony Stark. On the other hand, this has not yet been confirmed.

But will Nat end up calling on one of her closest friends for help in Black Widow? A leak shared on Twitter points out that Jeremy Renner could reprise his role as Clint Barton in the MCU flick.

"Heard from a source that an OG #Avenger will appear in the #BlackWidow movie & it's none other than Hawkeye. However, it's still not fully confirmed whether it's a new scene, a flashback scene or a post credit scene," the leak reads.

We're loving the idea that Nat could reunite with Clint in Black Widow especially since the movie could be the last chance we'll ever find out what happened in Budapest. The two characters have repeatedly referenced the location in several MCU movies so we're hoping Renner's appearance could finally let us in on this little inside joke.

Black Widow is scheduled for release on May 7th, 2021.
