We're getting a lot of awesome updates on the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe films. For instance, we can now confirm that Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is set for a 2023 release date.
The revelation is one of the exciting updates featured in the new video shared by Marvel Studios. Although the sizzle reel looks back at some of the MCU's most amazing moments, it also offers a glimpse at the future. The video drops some new footage from Black Widow, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, and Eternals before teasing on the rest of Phase 4.
One of the great new updates on the Phase 4 movies is the confirmation that the third Ant-Man movie is coming in 2023.
This is great news considering that Quantumania will be the first MCU film to drop in 2023. Although it also means the wait for the sequel will be a long one, there is little doubt that it will all be worth it.
Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania will bring back Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly as Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne. Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer are also expected to return as Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne, respectively, New cast members include Lovecraft Country star Jonathan Majors and Kathryn Newton who will take over the role of Cassie Lang.
Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is set to begin production later in May. The film is now scheduled for release on February 17, 2023.
