Tom Holland Calls Spider-Man: Far From Home a 'Labour of Love' Made for Fans

We all have high hopes for Spider-Man: Far From Home, which is both a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming and an epilogue to Avengers: Endgame. It's going to deal with a lot of fallout from Endgame while also trying to deliver a fun Spider-Man story, mixed with Nick Fury, Maria Hill, and The Elementals. Good thing he has Mysterio, who is totally a good guy.

To celebrate the film coming out next week, along with its red carpet premiere, lead star Tom Holland went on Instagram to discuss his love for the movie. Holland seems fairly proud of what they've done and has even called the film a "labour of love" for the fans. If the reviews are any indication, fans of Spider-Man and the MCU will love this movie.

It's clear that the movie means a lot to Holland, who many see as the de facto main character of the MCU now that Iron Man isn't around. While previous excerpts claimed that Captain Marvel would be the new face of the MCU, Peter has been around more and is easier to get attached to. Then again, a few more movies featuring Carol could fix that.

Spider-Man: Far From Home comes out on July 2.
