Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast are Getting Physical Releases for PS4 and Switch


The Coronavirus has forced everyone to stay at home so gamers have been buying games digitally to keep themselves entertained but, if given the chance, you know that they would love a physical copy of these games. Thankfully, Limited Run Games have been doing a great job at giving players physical copies of games that are usually digital-only and the company has now announced two new titles getting physical copies; Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy and Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast.

Fans will be delighted to know that these physical editions will be available for PS4 and Switch so there's a very good chance you Star Wars fans will be able to get one of these. You can get each game solo or get a double-pack that bundles both games. They only show the double-pack for Nintendo Switch but Gematsu confirmed that PS4 owners will get it as well.

If you're a purist who prefers having physical versions of these games then this is very good news. Granted, both games are a bit dated by modern standards, with a number of us being content over these titles staying digital but it's good to know that there's another option for players. You can't fault them for appealing to everyone, especially if those fans have the cash to spare.

Limited Run Games will begin pre-orders for Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast on April 24. If you don't mind getting them digitally, Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast are available now on PS4 and Nintendo Switch for $19.99 and $9.99 respectively.
