Resident Evil 3 Remake Box Art Makes Its Way to the PlayStation Store

It looks like those Resident Evil 3 Remake rumors have been proven true as cover art for the game has been leaked on the PlayStation Network. While Capcom and The Game Awards are going to be disappointed with this, fans are probably over the moon about it since they have wanted this remake after Resident Evil 2 Remake proved to be awesome.

As fans can see, Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira have updated looks that are quite different from what they actually wore in the PSOne classic. Still, they aren't bad and knowing Capcom, they're going to make those original costumes unlockable after beating the campaign, which is what happened in the Resident Evil 2 Remake.

Nemesis basically looks the same, which won't be a problem. You could argue that they basically updated his model from Marvel vs Capcom 3 or Marvel vs Capcom Infinite, which isn't a problem at all.

Interestingly, there are three versions of the box art. There's Resident Evil 3 for the West, Biohazard 3 for Japan, and Biohazard 3: Z Version, which will probably have some extra cosmetics for Jill and Carlos. Once again, this happened in the remake of Resident Evil 2 but fans won't be complaining about it.

Currently, no release date for the Resident Evil 3 remake has been announced. The game will obviously come to PS4 due to this leak coming from PSN but expect an Xbox One and PC version as well.
