Netflix's Cowboy Bebop Will Make Faye Valentine's Outfit Less Revealing

Netflix's Cowboy Bebop adaptation continues to intrigue fans, even though we've seen nothing from the live-action series yet. Considering how many people claim that this show is one of the best self-contained anime ever made, we're sure that they will want to please fans after numerous anime adaptations have let us down. Well, if you're a perv then you might be disappointed to know that Faye's rather revealing costume will be toned down.

Because, in the words of co-writer Javier Grillo-Marxiach, a human being is going to wear that costume. Needless to say, eye candy in anime is something that shouldn't be replicated in real-life. Anime creators will always love their ridiculous designs for female characters but that just won't work in live-action.

"We need to have a real human being wearing that. And while the characters still smoke, the habit may be a bit less glamorized to reflect modern sensibilities."

Let's be honest guys, Faye Valentine might be a great character in her own right but her attire is a little too revealing. While we aren't going to shame anyone into liking her appearance - hell, this writer loves how Faye looks in the anime - it's just something that no woman should have to wear in a live-action series. Most Cowboy Bebop fans should be fine with this, given that we just want them to nail the tone, music, and action scenes.

Netflix's Cowboy Bebop doesn't have a release date yet.
