Marvel Releases Trailer for Jonathan Hickman's House of X and Powers of X

Marvel is set to start their next chapter of the X-Men with a bang with Jonathan Hickman's House of X and Powers of X (pronounced Powers of 10). Since Marvel is confident about Hickman's new era of X-Men, the company has released a new trailer hyping up both of these mini-series, while claiming that they are perfectly new-reader-friendly. It's very exciting stuff and we can't wait to see more.

While both series won't connect right away, Hickman did state that the endings for both of them will intertwine in a huge way. That's going to be really interesting and since Hickman has done a lot of great things with The Avengers and Fantastic Four, we are expecting huge things from him with both of these comics.

Editor-in-Chief of Marvel, C.B. Cebulski, and X-Men editor Jordan White promised that fans won't have to read any X-Men comics beforehand to like the story. At the same time, those that love the X-Men will feel right at home when they start reading either series. It also helps that they have artists like Pepe Laraz and R. B. Silva working on it.

House of X #1 arrives on July 24th and Powers of X #1 arrives on July 31st in comic shops.
