Aquaman Star Jason Momoa Stands With Ray Fisher on Justice League Reshoot Allegations

It seems like the legal dispute between Ray Fisher and Warner Bros. over the Justice League reshoot allegations won't be stopping anytime soon. Fisher claims that replacement director Joss Whedon was abusive to the Cyborg actor and his co-stars, while people like Geoff Johns supposedly enabled him. Warner Bros. then claimed that Fisher has not given sufficient evidence to back up his claims, while also saying the actor mostly complained about saying "booyah," which he didn't even bring up before.

As we wait for more on what happened when Joss Whedon took over Justice League, Fisher's co-star and Aquaman lead Jason Momoa made a pretty powerful statement by telling people on Instagram that he stands with Ray Fisher. This is great news for Fisher and he even shared it on Twitter to show fans that the Aquaman actor is good people.

We're going to have to wait for more information on this but we can't say things look too good for Warner Bros. or Joss Whedon. The fact that Warner Bros. is trying to downplay Fisher's fairly serious allegations against Whedon isn't a good look. Plus, Whedon himself has not said anything since Fisher accused him of being abusive so that's also worth thinking about.

Despite all this, there still seems to be a plan for Fisher's Cyborg to appear in the DCEU. Rumor has it that Cyborg will be playing a big part in Ezra Miller's The Flash and Crisis on Infinite Earths sort of referenced that when Miller's Barry Allan mentioned him before disappearing.

In the meantime, we'll have to see Cyborg again in Zack Snyder's Justice League on HBO Max next year. Let's hope all that hype is worth it.
