Episode 7 of The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! took a twist compared to the previous episode. This time, new characters are introduced, and Jahy's interaction with one of the new characters has left her supposedly cold heart a bit softer.

The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! Episode 7 Recap
Jahy's boss invites her to be her workout buddy. In the beginning, Jahy realizes how physically unfit she is. The two of them go through a regular and rigorous training routine, which has left Jahy pumped up. But when her boss is back to her normal weight, their training routine is put to an end.
Jahy is tired and crashes straight to bed after a long day. However, in the middle of the night, she starts hearing music coming from the neighboring unit. She gets pissed and bangs on the wall, screaming at her neighbor to stop. The music continues and she decides to fight back by making noises with her own household items. They have a jam session until morning which leaves Jahy sleep-deprived. The next day, when she was banging on the neighbor's door, her landlord says that the unit is empty.
Jahy is getting impatient with waiting around to find her mana crystal. She ends up talking to a young boy who was holding some sort of rock. She demands for the rock but he mistakes her for someone around his age and says no. When she transforms into her adult form, the kid starts running away. It turns out he wasn't holding a mana crystal.
While Jahy was searching around on the grass, a young girl approaches her and asks if she needs any help. Jahy dismisses her at first but the girl, who introduced herself as Kokoro, insisted to help her. Jahy tells Kokoro about the mana crystal and how it'll make her more powerful once she finds it. The two of them spend the rest of the day together looking for the mana crystal. Kokoro's kindness was so heartwarming that it made Jahy's day.
