Thor: Love and Thunder's Jaimie Alexander Done Filming Her Lady Sif Return

Jaimie Alexander is returning in Thor: Love and Thunder after years of not being on screen, she'll be back and she reportedly finished filming her scenes for the upcoming Thor sequel. The latest Thor installment is having its filming in Australia and some of the cast members have already finished filming their parts.

Jaimie Alexander, portraying Lady Sif in Thor, has been out of the MCU for so long that she missed quite a few films. She also appeared in the series of Marvel, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Now that she confirmed her reprising of the role of Lady Sif in Thor: Love and Thunder, she also shared her journey in the filming of the movie.

In her personal Instagram account, Alexander shared that she just finished filming and posted a photo of her last day in Sydney, and afterward, she shared another photo of her flight back to LAX. She was in Sydney since the last week of January and she spent almost two months filming her scenes for the latest Thor film. Considering her duration, her role must be substantial to the film which is why she took quite long to finish her scenes.

Alexander shared before to her fans that she is hoping that she hasn't lost the gift of riding the saddle once more. She has nailed her portrayal of the character that she really looks like a goddess on the saddle and especially in her fight scenes.

Reportedly, Lady Sif will also be included in the limited series of Loki that is upcoming on Disney+. Alexander shared how he appreciates Loki's character saying that he is an intelligent trickster and seeing him face the challenges he has gone through over the years, means there is more to the character than what meets the eye.

Alexander teases fans by saying, "I wish I could tell you what happens, but I can't."

Thor: Love And Thunder is slated for release on February 11, 2022 and following the delay of Black Widow, fans are hoping the release date of this film would not be affected.
