The Marvel Cinematic Universe holds a number of actors who really get ripped in preparation for their own superhero films in the franchise as they try to mimic the appearance of their respective characters from the comics and flawlessly translate it through the screen.

This is nothing new to actors and actresses especially to those who are really committed to portraying their role to the point that they change or improve their physical appearance to achieve the look they are going for.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we have seen Chris Evans work it to fit the physique of Captain America. Another is Chris Hemsworth who really bulked up for his role as Thor, which, to date, he bulked up even more as he looks bigger than he was before. Brie Larson is currently under her training program to pull off Captain Marvel before the sequel begins production.

As for one of the young members of the Avengers, Tom Holland shared that he isn't late for the bulk party as he shared in his Instagram story his photo posing with his trainer, Duffy Gaver, and wow, just wow, Tom really shredded and got ripped as he shows off his muscles. Saying that he improved would be an understatement as he really bulked up this time.

This is in preparation for Tom Holland's Spider-Man: No Way Home which will be the third film of Spider-Man. He put in the caption an appreciation to his trainer saying he rarely posts like that but since it is their last day, he's posting anyway. He thanks him for making the job and everything about it better. He topped it off with "Love you, pal."

It seems that Holland has reached his last day of intensive training as the film is still under production.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is slated for release in theaters on December 17, 2021.
