Renée Elise Goldsberry is best known for her portrayal of Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton where she won a Tony Award. She also appeared in Girls5eva, NBC's Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, and in Netflix's Altered Carbon opposite another Marvel actor, Anthony Mackie.

She-Hulk has recently been cast with Tatiana Maslany playing the titular role of Jennifer Walters/ She-Hulk and they are currently filling out the supporting roles for the upcoming series. Mark Ruffalo will be reprising his roles as The Hulk and it is also expected that Tim Roth will be back as The Abomination. Ginger Gonzaga will be Walter's best friend.

As for Renée Elise Goldsberry, she was cast to portray a character named Amelia according to a report by Deadline. This brought the question as to which Amelia she would be portraying and as early as now, many are speculating that she would be the live-action counterpart of either Amelia Voght, a mutant, and S.W.O.R.D. Agent who had encounters with She-Hulk in the comics, or Amelia Hopkins, which is much less likely. Either way, it is also possible that she's a new character and not from the comics.

She-Hulk is about the cousin of Bruce Banner, Jennifer Walters, a lawyer who has powers similar to that of Bruce after Bruce gave her an emergency blood transfusion granting her powers and better, keeping her person and intelligence when she is in She-Hulk just like that of Professor Hulk in Avengers: Endgame. It is one of the series of Marvel coming on Disney+ and is included in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

She-Hulk is expected to be released in 2022.
