In a blink-it-or-miss moment in Episode 2, around the 18:20 mark of the episode, pause it right on time when Loki was holding the incident report when he was asked by Mobius to look for clues if they miss something about the Loki Variant, it is indicated that her name is Sylvie Laufeydottir. Such is indicative that she is indeed an alternate version of Loki.

Looking at the last names of the character, Loki has Laufeyson indicating that he is the son of Laufey, the Frost Giant. As for Sylvie, in the records of the Time Variance Authority, she is the daughter of Laufey in a different timeline. This is possibly the reason why she despises being called Loki because her name, or alias as she mentioned, is Sylvie. Still, she is a Lady Loki version after all.

It seems that the canon series has combined not one, but three characters in one person: Lady Loki, Sylvie Lushton, and the Enchantress. All these personalities combined gave us Sylvie Laufeydottir. Her skillset is entirely different with that of Loki and her origins as well. Beneath the fiery and feisty woman that she is seems to be a charming person.

In Episode 3, we learned that she taught herself the trick of enchantment where she controls minds through mere contact. As for stronger minds like that of Hunter C-20, she had to tap into their memories and create a fantasy to get what she wants. Apparently, this is also the same reason she blurted that the TVA agents are variants as well, possibly reset with their minds on a clean slate making them believe that they are made by the Time-Keepers and all they do is serve the TVA.

Wherever Marvel is going forward from this will surely make an impact to the story of Loki, more so, in the entire Phase Four of the MCU considering that it was her who planned for years in creating opening various multiverses by setting reset charges to numerous places all at once.
