Koikimo, also known as It's Disgusting to Call This Love, has released its second episode and viewers are already getting hooked to the romantic comedy anime series. Episode 3 is up next and the release time and date are already out, including where to watch it with English subtitles, and the countdown, with a bonus of the Episode 2 recap.
Koikimo, animated by Nomad, is based on the josei manga series of the same name by Mogusu which is published in Ichijinsha's Comic POOL digital manga magazine since 2015 and to date, the manga series has been compiled into seven tankōbon volumes.
The anime series follows the story of Ryō Amakusa, a highly eligible bachelor and a womanizer, who meets Ichika Arima, a close friend of his younger sister, Rio. Ichika is a high school girl and when she met Ryō, he was too direct for her as he asked for a kiss and a date on the very first encounter that they had. This turned Ichika off and Ryō, despite the reaction of Ichika, is in the belief that she is the one.

What happened in Koikimo Episode 2?
In Koikimo Episode 2, He Smelled Like Cologne, Ryō arrives home to find Ichika cooking and this made him wonder if he is just daydreaming or just exhausted seeing Ichika wearing an apron in his own kitchen. Ichika greets him and warns him to control himself. Ryō asks if he might have turned in their marriage registration unknowingly and Ichika says that never happened.
Rio arrives and greets her brother; she is with her friends Satsuki and Ruri who are there for their preparation for the culture festival in school. Ryō asked what they are preparing for and Satsuki answered that it is a Japanese-style café. The girls swoon over the charming voice of Ryō. Ichika easily noticed this and wonders if this is one of Ryō's womanizing skills.
Ryō wants to see if Ichika would follow him if he says he'll head back to his room. Rio noticed this and gave them their time alone to talk, with Ryō telling Ichika to enjoy her stay. This disappointed Ichika and headed back to the kitchen. Ryō's mind is wrapped in the thought of Ichika being a perfect newlywed housewife who would be in his kitchen wearing an apron.
Satsuki and Ruri are talking about how handsome Ryō is and Ichika tells Rio that the girls might have fallen in Ryō's spell. Ruri asks Ichika about what she thinks of Ryō and she just looked away, Ruri decided to ask Rio how Ryō is older than her. He is ten years ahead of her and Satsuki comments about age being just a number.
Rio shares about her brother, about how he used to be a troublemaker, how he quarrels with their father, and how he brings a lot of women home. This really bothered Rio a lot that she would head to her room and just listen to music.

Koikimo can officially be streamed online via Crunchyroll which gives those with premium subscriptions the privilege of having a one-week advanced release of the episodes of the animes under their library for the rate of $9.99 a month, or $79.99 a year. To those without a subscription, they release the episodes for free the week after the release to their premium access subscribers.

Koikimo Episode 3, titled I'm Not Teasing You, will be released on April 12, 2021, for those who are subscribed to the premium access to Crunchyroll, at the same time, the previous episode, Episode 2, will also be released to the general public for free.
