Hailee Steinfeld Teases Kate Bishop's New Look in Marvel's Hawkeye

As the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to expand with a large slate of limited series coming on Disney+, a new addition to the MCU family expresses her excitement as she joins the line-up of heroes that Marvel has in store.

Hailee Steinfeld is more than excited to be part of the growing MCU heroes as she takes on the role of Kate Bishop in the upcoming limited series Hawkeye on Disney+. Steinfeld said that it is an honor to be given the role and to be able to work again in such a huge franchise like Marvel.

Hailee Steinfeld had her breakthrough role in True Grit as Mattie Ross, and is notable for her performances in Romeo and Juliet as Julie Capulet, in the Pitch Perfect franchise as Emily Junk, and Bumblebee as Charlie Watson.

Hailee Steinfeld is no stranger to Marvel as she voiced Gwen Stacy/ Spider-Gwen in Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse. Steinfeld is also known as a singer of songs like "Love Myself," "Starving," "Most Girls," "Capital Letters," and many more.

In a recent tweet, Steinfeld shared her look as Kate Bishop appearing to be beaten down and tired in the back of a car and having a scar on her jaw. Her bow and arrow are also present in the photo. Steinfeld captioned the photo: "work/life. ? so grateful. I hope you all are safe and well ?".

Hailee Steinfeld will be joining Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye alongside Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova, Vera Farmiga's Eleanor Bishop, Fra Fee's The Clown, Tony Dalton's Swordsman, Alaqua Cox's Echoe, and Zach McClarnon's William Lopez.

Hawkeye is expected to premiere on Disney+ in late-2021.
