As this years most awaited gaming event wraps up, E3 2021 caps off with its very own Awards show giving recognition to the panels of various game developers and publishers who participated in the event. Forza Horizon 5 bags the overall most anticipated game and Xbox and Bethesda Showcase was named as the best presentation.
In the recently concluded E3 2021, Forza Horizon 5 gets home as the Most Anticipated Game Overall of all the games that were announced during the event, and its presenter, Xbox, and Bethesda, bags the Best Presentation award this year among all the other showcases.
A “most anticipated game award” has been given to one game from each of the presentations and the winners are as follows: Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope for Ubisoft, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands for Gearbox, Halo Infinite for Xbox/ Bethesda, Songs of Conquest for PC Gaming Show, Immortality for Future Games Show, Airborne Kingdom for Freedom Games, and Loopmancer for Yooreka Studio.
Other awardees are Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy for Square Enix, Dolphin Quest for Intellivision, The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles for Capcom, and Breath of the Wild 2 for Nintendo. Of all the indie games presented, the most anticipated award was given to Falling Frontier.
Just when you thought the event is over, the announcements don’t just stop there as Microsoft confirmed that there would be another presentation from their team, Xbox Games Showcase: Extended, which will be happening on June 17, 2021, at 10 AM PT/1 PM EST. Seems like the winner of the Best Presentation is showing why it has been chosen as the recipient of the award.
Of all, the real winner is the gaming community, who, without them, the whole event would not be possible. Kudos to all the winners of the E3 2021 Awards Show!
