Dr. Stone: Stone Wars is the second season of the chart-topping anime series produced by TMS Entertainment and with only 11 episodes slated this season, the end is near.
Dr. Stone: Stone Wars revolves around the genius boy, Senku Ishigami, who emerged from his stone enclosure and aims to do the same to the rest of humankind trapped in their stones after a mysterious light hit modern Earth some 3,700 years ago turning all living beings into stone.
Senku's vision of reviving the old world to its prime modernity with the help of science seems to be so genuine and pure but not all agrees with him. Tsukasa Shihiou believes in the survival of the fittest and only the fittest would have to be taken out of their stone enclosures to take on the stone world.
Because of this, there has been a divide in humanity as there is the Kingdom of Science and Ishigami village who believes that science would help bring back the world to the way it used to be and everyone deserves to experience life once again, and the Tsukasa Empire, whose belief is that only the fittest should survive.
Thriving in bringing back the remnants of the modern world, the Kingdom of Science is locked on the perspective to win over the Tsukasa army on their side as they prepare for their attack on the Tsukasa Empire in order to defeat the army and proceed with their mission of saving the rest of the human race still in their stones. However, there is no challenge without adversities as Tsukasa's empire keeps on growing in numbers.
Dr. Stone: Stone Wars based on the Japanese shōnen manga of the same name by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi which is a manga series divided into various arcs and Sagas: The Prologue Saga, Ishigami Village Saga, Stone Wars Saga, Source of the Petrification Saga, and The Truth Of The Petrification Saga. This season of Dr. Stone follows the Stone Wars Saga.

What happened in Dr. Stone: Stone Wars Season 2 Episode 8?
In Dr. Stone: Stone Wars Season 2 Episode 8 titled Final Battle, Taiki and Mori is joined by Chizora and his company in facing the final battle against the Tsukasa Empire. They only have 20 seconds to ensure the attack on the miracle cave where they can take gunpowder, resurrection liquid material, and nitric acid.
Given the rule of the bloodless fall of Edo, their goal is that no one dies when they charge at once with their very own powered-up steam gorilla. The team will be using acoustic weapons and shock canons to succeed in this feat of challenging the miracle cave and hopefully gain the complete control over it.
Before the battle even started, Senku gained an advantage against the Empire of Might and having Ukyo turn his back on Tsukasa and Senku, the battle is on.
