What happened in Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro Episode 4?
In Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro Episode 4, Senpai, You Could Be a Little More.., Maki and Youshi continue to tease him as a "virgin" and forcibly made him squeeze Maki's breasts which turned out to be bean buns. Both of them hurriedly flee when Nagatoro arrives jealous, only a little mad considering he only touched buns.
With this, Nagatoro forced him to a game of guessing the difference between what's real and whatnot. This led to the bean bun falling and Naoto accidentally touched the real deal. Later that day, Naoto was distracted by the champion of the baseball club and Nagatoro tells him he is jealous of the popularity Hosakawa has.
Naoto was struggling to draw Nagatoro and when she was able to sleep, he finally finishes drawing her. Because of this, Nagatoro tells him to close his eyes for a kiss, only to kiss a toy. She then praised his drawing of her.
