As the Xbox game showcase closes on the second day of E3 2021, Bethesda Softworks' Arkane Studios revealed that they would be releasing an Xbox exclusive game, Redfall, in a first look trailer full vampires ruining the summer of a group of friends in Massachusetts.

A futuristic survival-horror immersive shooter game has been announced by Bethesda just before the Xbox game showcase concludes and it would be an open world co-op first-person shooting game titled Redfall.

In the trailer, four civilians who just wanted to spend summer in the island of Redfall, Massachusetts when the sunny escapade they were expecting did not go as planned as a legion of vampires block the sun on the island in what they all as the "blood trance" and isolated it from the whole world. "It's only just begun," a vampire said, before being killed off by the survivors accompanied by the robot dog Bribón. The team has a variety of high-tech gear heading into a battle against the supernatural powers of the vampires.

You can choose any of the four heroes: Layla who has wits and telekinetic abilities, Jacob who was an ex-military sharpshooter, Remi who has experience in conflict, and Devinder who is an inventor and paranormal investigator.

The game will be launching exclusively on Xbox Series X/S and it will also be available on PC as it will be up on Xbox Game Pass on day one. You can opt to play on your own or with your friends as the game allows teaming up to four players.

Redfall is slated for release in Summer 2022.
