Due to the coronavirus pandemic, productions are halted and theaters are closed which resulted in studios shuffling their slate for their upcoming movies. Warner Bros. has a few anticipated films to be released, in particular, its DC comic book movies, with release dates that have now all been moved.

The Wrap confirms that The Flash movie has moved up by a month, with a June 2, 2022 release date instead of July 1st. On the other hand, the second Shazam! movie has been moved from April 1, 2022, to November 4, 2022.

Aside from the two, DC also pushed the release date for Matt Reeves's The Batman movie. Originally set to arrive on June 25, 2021, it will now be released on the first day of October 2021. In addition, the studios' original dates for The Sopranos sequel, The Many Saints of Newark, Baz Luhrmann's Elvis Presley movie, and King Richard have been moved as well.

Of course, given the situation with the coronavirus pandemic, it isn't shocking for the studio to eventually move the release dates for their films. Delaying some of their most-anticipated films set to arrive in 2021 and the following year is unfortunate, though it shows that they aren't taking this lightly.

While it might take a little longer for the DC movies to arrive, in the meantime, fans can help by practicing social distancing and self-quarantine at their homes. Hopefully, things will get better soon.
