Matt Reeves has already given a glimpse of Robert Pattinson's suit for The Batman which instantly resulted in multiple fan arts, imagining what the full suit would look like. Finally, fans got a good look at the Batsuit when recent set photos got around, and now, new images give an even closer look at the Dark Knight's new weapons.
The Batsuit seems to be dark overall and has kind of a militaristic style. Aside from that, Pattinson's character will be sporting unique gauntlets that seem to contain dart-like metal projectiles strapped to his arms. You can check out the photos here.
It certainly is a surprising weapon choice and it'll be interesting to see how Batman will be using these against his enemies. Although it is important to note that the suit is worn by a stunt double, as seen in the photos, and that it could only be a prototype version that represents the final version when worn by Pattinson. Some fans are quite on the fence with the costume, while others are trying to find out what the suit is inspired from and what the weapons are actually used for.
Most of the plot details are still kept under wraps and set photos don't quite reveal a lot. That being said, the hype around the movie seems to be getting higher as days pass by, and it's only a matter of time until fans will get a glimpse of Catwoman's costume, as well as the other characters' looks for the film.
