Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was a hit amongst the fans. It's considered by many as their favorite Spider-Man movie, especially considering the work they put into the film. All the time and work invested into the movie was showcased with numerous accolades they've won, Golden Globe Awards and Academy Awards, to name some, both winning the award for Best Animated Feature Film.

Miles Morales, the protagonist of the film, was introduced in the Spider-Verse. And with the success of both the film and the ability of the character to translate through the screen, it's no wonder that Miles could appear in a live-action in the future.

We Got This Covered reports that Sony might have been behind the idea of bringing Miles into their own Marvel universe as soon as possible. Their reports claim that the renewed partnership between Sony and Disney lead the latter company to prioritize doing a live-action. Starting from doing a series of movies that involve Peter mentoring Miles.

It is very likely that Miles could appear in a live-action. Ever since a hint from the Spider-Man: Homecoming wherein Donald Glover's Prowler mentioned about having a nephew, assuming that it was, indeed, Miles.

With something like this, WGTC assumed that Sony would "get first dibs" on the young web-slinger so they could use him in their own universe. This could also be good news for Tom Holland since he has made several statements regarding teaming up with Miles on the big screen. It's nice to see a transition of Peter from being mentored by Iron-Man to being a mentor himself.

And while this is only a rumor, we advise you to take this with a grain of salt. In the meantime, fans could look out for Miles Morales' return in Into the Spider-Verse 2 which is currently in the works.
