Earlier this week, it was announced that Batwoman star Ruby Rose has departed from the Arrowverse show and wouldn't return for the second season. There's no doubt that fans were surprised with her departure, and though most of Rose's co-stars have remained quiet about it, Camrus Johnson and Nicole Kang weighed in on the news.

Johnson, who plays the role of Luke Fox on the show as well as Nicole Kang, who plays Kate's sister Mary, took to Twitter to share some words of encouragement for the fans. Both actors didn't directly mention Rose or her reasons for her departure, but rest assured that the show will remain the same despite some changes coming.

"Family, those whose hearts are breaking break mineee," Johnson wrote. "What's important: we have a season 2." The actor promises to work hard and give the fans an "amazing" second season and continue to represent the LGBTQA+ community and the people of color. While Kang offers hugs to everyone, reminding them to keep their heads up. You can check out their tweets below.

The first season of Batwoman brought a shocking finale by revealing the first look at Arrowverse's Bruce Wayne. While exciting things are coming for season two, a new Batwoman will be arriving as well.

Batwoman Season 2 is expected to be released in January 2021.
