Jena Malone Could Be Playing This Character in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Other Characters Revealed

The last time we heard about Jena Malone's role in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it was over a year ago. While DC has kept mum about Malone's charcter in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, an unnamed French magazine has decided to make the reveal for itself.

In fact, the magazine, as featured on ComicBookMovie.com, has created a profile for the entire cast. Assuming its legitimacy, Malone could be playing Barbara Gordon/Batgirl.

Before this news, word on the grapevine is that Malone will likely play some sort of Robin incarnate.

It's worth noting that Ezra Miller's profile on the scan above shows Barry Allen/Flash's appearance will be a cameo and Malone's profile doesn't. In Frank Miller's graphic novel, The Dark Knight Returns, the female Robin's name is Carrie Kelley.

If this mysterious French magazine is accurate, then Malone could be playing a female Robin who will be a side kick to Ben Affleck's Batman. This means another superhero added into the Justice League mix. We already know that some, if not all members of the Justice League will show up at some point in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

According to the magazine, other characters set to appear in Dawn of Justice include Tao Okamoto as Mercy Graves, Harry Lennix as General Swanwick, Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Thomas Wayne, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Scoot McNairy as Jimmy Olsen, Callan Mulvey as Anatoli Knyazev/KG Beast, and Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg in a cameo role.

While all of this doesn't sound entirely improbable, it's still unknown whether this magazine is truly legit. There are already so many superheroes in the upcoming film, I just hope Zack Snyder offer enough screen time for each one.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled for release on March 25.
