Dragon Ball Super Introduces Granolah's Mother

The Granolah the Survivor arc of Dragon Ball Super manga series is set to reveal more details about the Cerealians' and Saiyans' past, and Chapter 76 will surely make more fans wonder what actually happened to Granolah's race while introducing an important character from the Cerealian bounty hunter's memories.

Spoilers for Dragon Ball Super Chapter 76 have been leaked, continuing the fight between Vegeta and Granolah, but Goku also gets involved, and things take an unexpected turn when a spaceship piloted by Granolah's A.I. companion, Oatmeel, arrives just in time.

But before that happened, Vegeta takes their battle to the city of the Sugarians, and it was there Granolah recalled his mother. This memory comes up after the lone Cerealian survivor sees a Sugarian mother with her child, and she looks at Granolah, terrified. A flashback scene shows Granolah as a child running away from the city that Saiyans attacked, and he enters a church where he meets his mother. They both hug, but a noise interrupts them, and they both are looking at something, horrified.

This is the first time artist Toyotarou and series creator Akira Toriyama introduced Granolah's mother, who apparently has the same eyes Cerealians are known to have. Not much is known about her character, but it's likely that the next chapter will reveal more details about the Cerealians' past, Granolah's mother, and Goku's father, Bardock, who was surprisingly mentioned at the end of Chapter 76.

Twitter user Exebarbo shared an artwork of Granolah's mother based on her appearance in the latest chapter.
