If you're an X-Files fan who's planning to go to New York Comic Con this year, you're in luck! Fox Broadcasting Company and Twentieth Century Fox have announced that the first episode of the new X-Files series will have its U.S. premiere at the convention. The screening will show on Saturday, October 10, on the Main Stage of the Javits Center. There's also going to be a Q&A with series creator Chris Carter and star David Duchovny.

That's definitely going to be one of the highlights of the events. If you're planning to be in that panel, get there early because I'm sure it's going to be packed. The rest of us will have to wait until Sunday, January 24. Another episode will premiere after that on January 25.

The cast also includes Gillian Anderson, Mitch Pileggi, and William B. Davis. The actors new to the series include Joel McHale, Annet Mahendru, Rhys Darby, Kumail Nanjiani, Robbie Amell, and Lauren Ambrose. Are you going to be at NYCC to see the X-Files Revival premiere?
