According to Blizzard, Moira can switch between short-range biotic healing and damage beams. She can release an energy ball that can either heal in an area or pinball around, dealing damage. She also has an evasive move that lets her fade and teleport in a short distance Her ultimate power is a linear beam that simultaneously damages enemies and heals allies who touch it.

That's not the only thing for Overwatch players that Blizzard has announced at Blizzcon. In addition to new skins, highlight intros, and emotes, they will also get a new map called Blizzard World, which is a theme park with faux-attractions from its video game worlds. There's a Hearthstone Tavern and Heroes Arcade. It would be cool to see Blizzard make this in reality.
Blizzard also released a new animated short about Reinhardt's past. It turns out that the German armored hero had a tough time in his youth.
