Netflix has revealed the official trailer for its upcoming sci-fi anime film, Altered Carbon: Resleeved, and if you love cyberpunk environments and spectacular action, you'll love what you'll see in this trailer.

According to a synopsis from Netflix, Altered Carbon: Resleeved is set on the planet Latimer, where "Takeshi Kovacs must protect a tattooist while investigating the death of a Yakuza boss alongside a no-nonsense CTAC,"

Altered Carbon: Resleeved is set in the same futuristic universe based of Netflix's live-action series based on Richard K. Morgan's science fiction novel. Netflix said that the anime film will "explore new elements of the story mythology." The story is set in a world where consciousness can be transferred to different bodies using a disk-shaped device called the cortical stack.
Altered Carbon: Resleeved is set to premiere on March 19. Altered Carbon Season 2 is set to premiere on Feb. 27.
