Indian IT company Verve Logic offered its workers a holiday called "Netflix and Chill holiday" to watch new episodes of Money Heist Season 5 Volume 1, the first of the two-part final season.

"We have taken this initiative not just to save an attack on our emails with false leaves, see mass bunks, and numbers being switched off, but because we know 'Sometimes Moments of Chill be The Best Pills for Energy At Your Work," CEO Abhishek Jain wrote in a letter that was publicly published.

"So grab the popcorn, and be prepared to wave a final bye to our most loved professor and the entire caste," he added.

Over on Twitter, Netflix India reacted to the news, posting, "We had our 'bank work' excuse ready for our boss but this is fantastic!"

More companies should give workers this kind of holiday, especially when popular shows like Money Heist are released on Netflix. Money Heist was the most-watched non-English-language series (before Lupin dethroned it) with the streamer claiming 65 million households watched Season 4 within its first month of release.

Money Heist Season 5, Vol. 1 is scheduled to release on Netflix on September 3; Vol. 2 will be released on Dec. 3. You can check more details about Money Heist Season here.
