Magic: The Gathering Arena Player Pulls Off Ultimate Mill Combo in Core Set 2021 Draft

Magic: The Gathering Arena players finally got to play the new Core Set 2021 since the free-to-play digital card game lauched the new set last week. Players are learning the new strategies in various formats like Standard Constructed and Booster Draft, and one player was able to capture the moment he pulled off a game-winning mill combo in Draft.

Redditor Aztekar shared a video clip of his epic Core Set 2021 combo: Teferi's Tutelage and Peer into the Abyss. With his blue enchantment in play, his opponent mills two cards everytime he draws a card, so when he played Peer into the Abyss targeting himself, he was able to mill his opponent to win the game. Milling (putting cards from the library to the player's graveyard) is clearly a viable strategy in Core Set 2021 Limited formats, and this video shows that you can win the game with just two cards without having to reduce your opponent's life total.

Core Set 2021 is now available on Magic: The Gathering Arena, and the paper version is set to release on July 3 with Prerelease events scheduled from June 26 to July 2. Jumpstart is set to launch on July 17.
