Kaldheim finally arrived in Magic: The Gathering Arena last week, and players are already starting to brew new Standard and Historic decks with the new cards from the Norse mythology-inspired set.

The top 5 most popular Kaldheim rare cards in Standard are Tibalt's Trickery, Koma, Cosmos Serpent, Goldspan Dragon, Esika, God of the Tree, and Valki God of Lies // Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor. Here's the infographic with the percentages of games with card in deck as well as the average win rates of decks that include these cards.
Untapped.gg notes that the sample size is 150,000 Standard best-of-one matches from Jan. 28 to Feb. 1, and covers all ranks in MTG Arena.
It's not surprising to see the two Tibalt cards, Tibalt's Trickery and Valki, God of Lies // Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor seeing play in competitive Standard. Various combo decks have already emerged using Tibalt's Trickery across different constructed formats, and many players are already saying that it's overpowered in best-of-one Standard format because there's no way you can sideboard against it.
It's good to see that Kaldheim has a viable rare dragon, Goldspan Dragon. This reminds me of the time when Glorybringer was popular when Amonkhet was Standard-legal a few years ago.
Sadly, we see one color not represented here: white. With cards like Doomskar, Halvar, God of Battle, and Righteous Valkyrie, white seems to be still underperforming compared to other colors. If the unbalanced color pie worries you, head Magic designer Mark Rosewater recently said that they expanded the white color pie more in the last two years (R&D time).

Kaldheim is now available digitally on Magic: The Gathering Arena and Magic Online. It will be released for tabletop on Feb. 5.
